Milestone 3

Install vCenter and Setup vSphere

Install vCenter:

Add iso to box

Once cd mounted navigate to it in terminal and start the ui installer

Stage 1

Click yes on ssl warning

On select deployment leave values default

Leave all default but select “Enable Thin Disk Mode”

Click through till stage 1 complete

Stage 2

Set to NTP server

Set SSO domain to vsphere and make administrator passwd

vSphere Setup:

Add Datacenter

Name: 480-paul-datacenter

Right click and Add Host to Datacenter

Add ESXi IP

Login to ESXi

Click Through host summary

Stick with defaults
